    Default Lake Dardenelle Tomorrow

Been planning all week on going to the big D tomorrow. River level shows going from 5' to yesterday to 11.'7 by noon tomorrow. Is it worth trying or will it be too muddy?

You can count on the river and Illinois bayou being muddy.

I had the same plan for the past two weeks as well. I’ve never been on it so I don’t know the first thing about it. I was thinking of fishing Shoal Bay or Delaware to keep me out of the wind some but I’m not so sure now. Don’t even know what the fish would be doing over there right now.

I would be more worried about current than muddy water.

To my surprise the water was cloudy with a little trash but not too bad. Was able to scratch out a good limit!

Mostly singles sniping in the flats. Also found some on the edge of the channel on brush. Used 1/8 oz minnow head for 14’ and shallower. Used 1/4 oz minnow head for deeper than 14’. 90% caught Bobby Garland Bayou Booger and a few on Bobby Garland Lights out.
