    Default Grill crappie

Decided to grill the crappie tonight first time trying it. They really turned out good. Butter , lemon juice and old bay. Put them on tin foil 15 on low 25 mins later had spicy lemon butter crappie. So flakey. Made a side Of grill squash, zatiran yellow rice (if you never tried do) fresh slice tomato’s, and pickle cucumber serve with lemon wedges. So good and healthy. May try tacos next time. Thanks. You know who you are. Big fillets!

Looks delicious? I love Zatarans yellow rice with any seafood meal.

I cook filets on a bed of thin lemon slices with foil under.
Also do some on the 1/2 shell , Both are good with slices of smoked sausage placed around on the foil. Gives more flavor and great smell while cooking.
