We all can catch crappie from boats Or using electronics. Some people don't have that option. I for one don't have livescope but I do have a boat. I use a foot powered trolling motor. I have a gas motor but don't have that 3 way plug adapter or the pressurized tank I've been looking everywhere for one and don't have the money to spend for what most people are asking. But thus time of the year here in central arkansas around little rock area I like a challenge by bank fishing.
Does anyone have any tips they would like too share with the fisherman like me who would like too find a good dinner. Not asking exact spots just asking for advice on where and best techniques for this time of year.

I used to do well at night all winter long. I looked for choke points that funneled fish through an opening. Bridges with rip rap along side the roads always produced fish. The worse the weather was the better the fish bit

best thing to do with bank fishing is know where the wind is blowing. if it's up a bit lots o time they will push shad up against the bank and the crappie will be just off of them coming in to feed on them. Fall time fishing along the rip rap especially if you know where some structure is productive. use a beetle spin or road runner to cover a lot of different water depths till you find them.
Also if you have docks in area to hit they are my favorite this time of year. keep probing corners and in shade vertical jigging or pitching out to end and lettin it drop to different depths and bring it back slowly till you find them. have to move a lot but that shouldn't be a problem. Or if lifts in water work up and down those as that is structure too until you find the depths they are holding at. or in front of them I have had a lot of success doing. that.
