Good job....your gonna make Ted want to come down
Took Doty fishing today . We kept 47 and released a bunch . I was flipping purple/chartreuse Umbrella tubes on a Huckabee Trident 13' and he was casting swim baits on a Hot Rod . Had a few thumpers today . Stopped on eway home and donated to a friend needing fish . Most were caught on stakebeds or suspended in the open using livescope .
Those are some good ones

Nice! Been meaning to order some southern pro tubes for years now and finally did it. What style jighead you use? I saw you state here or on Facebook once but don’t remember.
He uses Timmy Tom Jigs, 1/8 oz I believe most of the time.
So the umbrella tube must be a solid tube.
I don’t believe so. I will let Nimrod answer how he uses them. Pretty sure I’ve seen it in another thread.
Good job, it’s awesome you donated to your friend!

An insert tube jig head . It is not solid but a tube .
Several places to buy . Timmy Tom and Southern Pro sell them . I use 1/8 th oz with # 1 or 2 hooksize . The Southern Pro Umbrella tube is utc 11 purple/chartresuse . I push jig head inside the tube from the rear and pop hook eye through before tie'n it on the line . Some molders clean lead better than others . If you get ones that are not smooth be sure to clean off any sharp edges before trying to insert into tube . Helps to put a drop of Slab Sauce or other lube to help slide lead head into tube .
