After a lot of research and conversations with friends and several Garmin dealers we bought livescope. I got a 1222 chart plotter for the screen because we already did the mapping and scanning with the unit on the console. Again, after talking with 5 different Garmin dealers - 4 of them recommended to put the black box on a separate battery. Also, I had multiple reliable recommendations to use the 18v 12 amp hour milkaukee batteries as the higher voltage would provide better pictures. I know that some on here would disagree so don't shoot the messenger. After the first couple of outings fishing at least 8 hours I still had 17.1v showing on the screen. I have included pictures of my battery set up and some of the pictures of the fish from the first 2 LS outings.Name: 20201123_092631.jpg
