The fall bass fishing is awesome so long as conditions remain mild like they usually do. Throw spinner baits and rattle traps chrome with a blue back in 3/4 ounce varieties. I usually like to go up river towards mud lake and horseshoe. But there is plenty of good fishing on the main lake also. Bagleys slough can be real good in the fall. Good Luck and catch a bunch. I have not fished much for crappie there but I would follow the bait fish up river in the fall looking for the crappie if I was going there for my first trip in November..
Welcome to the home of the, boat eating, trolling motor busting, prop bending, lower unit smashing, stump filled mud hole called Lake Conway.
