    Default Pure gas cheaper than corn gas


    I carried some cans to the local mart yesterday to get gas for the mower and such. I always buy the ethanol free gas for them and have always had to pay quite a bit more per gallon for it. Well, yesterday it was two cents cheaper per gallon at $1.57 while the corn gas was $1.59. I checked all of the pumps to make sure. Could this be because of the price of oil right now or maybe a mistake that the store made?

    I know that has not been my experience here in TN. 100% gas that I have bought is still substantially more expensive.

    Should be much cheaper as regular gas costs less to make than ethanol

    Searcy always has the best gasoline price. Usually it's 30 to 50 cents a gallon cheaper than Batesville.
