Agreed. Makes perfectly good sense to me. We, as conservationists of our sport and the resource, should be practicing "catch & release" in sensible measure.
Took a buddy to the lake to show him livescope yesterday afternoon . We caught a few and lost a few . They were all released . Same today all just weighed and released . Man I saw way less Crappie on livescope today but lots of Catfish . For the guys asking about using livescope for Catfish yes you can hammer them , they will slam a jig . Got soaked today but caught a fair number biggest 7 @ 13.15 lbs with 3 over 2 lbs , 2.05 , 2.16 and 2.35 . All released again . Same Huckabee 13' Phantom livescope rod , purple/chartreuse Umbrella tubes rigged on 1/8 insert jig heads by Timmy Tom . Releasing some phat girls to help build up the lake .
