    Default Horseshoe/Carefree


    Just wanted to give a shout out to the new owners. The renovation is outstanding. Full bar and grill, with outdoor eating options, including a section near the water. New gas pump with ethanol free gas. Inside is totally new with 4 big tv’s. The bar overlooks the lake. I spoke with the owner and they plan on expanding the boat slips and add a fishing only dock for the public.

    Have any luck fishing? Haven’t ventured down there yet this year but have been thinking about making a trip soon.

    Its definitely a very nice place and a great addition to that lake. When they start frying bacon for the burgers at lunch, it will take your mind off the fish for a little while.
