    Default Lake asbaugh

Can any one give me any info on the lake fished NEA my whole life never made it up to asbaugh, as all of you that live NEA know spring fishing is tough unless you drive a hour to a hour and half. I’m tired of going to hogue and catching 8 inch fish. Looking to try new waters

Haven't fished ashbaugh in 20+years. Used to do ok on it. Hogue was really good up till around 10 years ago. Wish craighead was good.

Nothing good to say about Ashbaugh. It’s less than 30 minutes from my house and I rarely fish it.

It can be ok. I troll through the stumps 2-4 deep. Green and chartreuse seem to work best for me. I have never fished it past april though.
