Like most AGFC lakes it can be awesome and then down right tough . I think you can get some brush pile coordinates from AGFC website .
My wife and I are looking for a weekend getaway. Can anyone give any info on Harris Break. I don’t want your favorite spot just wanna know if it worth going there? Thanks

Is it a deep lake?? I’m not geared up to spider rig. Can you catch them long pole?? Thanks Nimrod for info!!
The lake is fairly shallow for the most part. Locate the deeper water and Shad and you will find some crappie. This time of year, birds are a good indicator of where the Shad is.

I’m not meaning to be a burden, but when you say deeper water are we talking 10’-12’ or 20’-30’?? I just wanting to make sure I’m prepared. Thanks guys
Harris Brake has water over 20’ in a couple of places. Most of the deeper water is less than 15’.
