Culled out a good limit , smallest of the thirty was just over 12 1/2 ''' most were big girls 14 to 15 '' .. Swung them all with the Red Huckabee Rods and used Purple/Chartreuse Umbrella Tubes on Timmy Tom jigheads as usual . Released a bunch more to thump another day . Then built them some more new homes ( brush piles ).

I've been doing pretty decent with these the last few weeks at Blue Mountain. Took off work around noon today and brought back 21. Still on the smaller end. Caught one nice one in the river but the bite was too slow.

Wow. Thanks for the quick response and jig info. I'll prob stock up on timmytoms later this year when he can get caught up on his stock.

Looks like you have them figured out. I'm new to crappie fishing this year but feel like I've come a long ways with the help of the posts in this forum and youtube vids.

How deep are you finding them on average?
