There is a state park there so I'm sure you can get a camping spot that time of year. Not sure about the fishing there that time of year but maybe somebody will chime in with some info for you.
Planning week vacation about February 3. Coming from Illinois trying to get a break from cold and ice. Been researching millwood lake. Wouold it Ben worth the ride from Chicago to fish that time of year. I have a 17 foot Lund impact boat with 115 horse and 9.9 horse. I would be camping in pickup camper is there good amp grounds that are open. I would be catch and release fishing. Also prefer jig fishing over minnows. ANy advice would be appreciated.

Life is not measured by the breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away.
Mill wood is full of stumps. Better look into Lake Greeson about 40 miles north. Daisy State Park is very nice and the fishing in February is usually good........and almost no stumps!
It'll be tough in that type of boat, Greers Ferry has better options for that style boat and plenty of Crappie and Camping.
