Looks like your local waters finally back down .
We do not fish much in the summer only went a couple of times. When they start throwing the pig skin around that is when we start fishing again. These pictures are from this past Friday - we didn't just kill them but kept 17 good eaters. Our freezer stash was getting a little low so we kept and cleaned these. I asked our grandson what he wanted to eat for his birthday this past Sunday and he said how about some BBQ ribs and fish. Naturally we granted that wish.

Looks like fun. October, November, and December are my three favorite months of the year and I'm really looking forward to some cooler weather. Need some rain down here in South Arkansas too. GTT
Nice ones. I need to get on the water soon too!

Very nice. Ready for some cooler weather.
Life is not measured by the breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away.
Way to go Richard! I don't see your dog, I hope he or she is doing OK, just may not be up to it any longer. I know fall fishing is about as good as it gets in the spring but I usually start hunting around October and go through December. Then I start fishing again in the winter. But I told some men I took fishing Tuesday that if I ever got to where I could only do one, fish or hunt, I guess I'd choose to fish. By then I hope to be as good as you are at it. Great job.

Back in the day.... All we did was spring fishing.. ever spring break we were at Little Fir. Now that I have own family and talking to others we have started fishing and experiencing the fall time. Granted we have started with Bass, the family is having fun. I hope to expand further and add crappie fishing, hence now a member here.
