Yes he is!!!!!!! On 8/15/17 I had battery troubles around 9pm. I called up ole wayne and he was happy to help and had me a solution in about 15 minutes!!!!!!!! Salvaged my last crappie trip and it turned into a good one!

They don't work on Ulterras and they're not nearly as accommodating as Wayne. The voice of experience.

Everyone has their own opinions and also thier own experiences, I have never had anything but good results with Nife marine, Always timely and courteous and fair with pricing. On a side note I do all my own repairs, I just buy parts from Nife marine, There aint any part of a Minn Kota I have not rebuilt, as far as Minn Kota Models , Fortrex, maxxum and edge.
