    Default New Conway Dock

I see we have a new dock at Adam's Landing. I hope a sign goes up soon that states "no fishing from this dock" or it might as well not have been put in!

Most can't seem to read or just don't care . One local dock in a city park says no fishing on sign and printed on the dock . I pulled my boat up to the courtesy dock and not much room to get out . People fishing and also had camping gear , a shotgun , and a BBQ grill .
Same goes for parking at boat ramps . Signs and marks on lot show no parking loading zone and pull all the way forward . This is to aid the ones arriving later but first ones don't care or can't read .

i agree with everything you said. also, the jerk who rushes in, goes straight to the ramp, backs in, then takes 15 minutes to get all his crap ready instead of doing that first. should never pull into the ramp until you are ready to back into the water and get the h... out of the way!

We will be posting this dock with signage in the near future. The dock is for loading and unloading boats only. It's not big enough to be a fishing pier also.

Thanks to the AGFC for a mooring dock at The Ramp, it was hard to launch there by yourself without having to run your boat up on the jagged rip rap rocks. Its hard on a Fiberglass rig to put it in rocks. now if we had some mooring docks on other ramps on Conway and at other lakes like Brewer we would be in high cotton.
Welcome to the home of the, boat eating, trolling motor busting, prop bending, lower unit smashing, stump filled mud hole called Lake Conway.

We are working on it. The wheels move slow and sometimes it seems real slow.
