Doing some spring cleaning going to pack some of my favorite commercially produced plastics in plastic boxes to take fishing with me on a routine basis..Would like to see What plastics would you take fishing on a routine basis? No right or wrong answer and list as many as you want.

If I had to narrow down what I took with me then I guess I'd say my crappie magnets.

Most don't even need to ask , every pole in my boat loaded with Southern Pro Umbrella tubes almost 99 % of the time . Usually always in Purple/ Chartreuse. But they don't work so don't bother trying them . When they go real deep I either use 2 of 1/8 oz or heavier jigs . But easier just to drop plastics and use MEATGETTER handties .

I have become very fond of 1/8 oz unpainted jigs with #2 red sickle hooks and 2" jokers in electric chicken, purple/yellow, and blue/white. Seems to be about all one needs and keeps it simple.

Yep, me too. Dude Special, Midnight Blue, Bulldog, Tennessee Shad, and Bison are all you need. If they don't hit one of those, may as well load up and head home. GTT

I've got a few other favorites other than a Nimrod special. I like a bobby garland stroll'r in outlaw special as well as pink lemonade A crappie thunder in junebug and chartreuse, and a charlie brewer slider in motor oil. The bobby garlands, I also have plenty of the same color in the version without the curly tail, if they don't want a lot of movement.
