    Default Not hardly a peep

I know some of you have to be catchin something....the fall bite is starting. Fished for a couple hours this evening, finally found em in about 4-5fow and wound up keeping 10 over 10" with one good 14"er. I think the deer hunters are headed to the woods as there wasn't but one boat in sight....nearly every fish I cleaned had some shad in their bellies. Gonna try my hand at D10's crappie cake recipe this go round

What kind of fish are those? Seems like I caught some that looked similar, a long time ago.

Those are some pretty fish. I fished Saturday. I had some outboard issues but still got to fish for over 8 hours, vertical jigging one rod in each hand . I caught quit a few fish but the keepers were far and few between. I ended up catching 4 over 10". Tough as it was to catch a keeper, for me anyway, I had a great time.

Nice catch. I am thinking about going Wed, that is if work don't get in the way.

Holy cow! If you haven't tried D10's recipe you've got to....a little more work than just frying them up but can't tell you how good they are. Gotta try it yourself
