I was out there today. I managed 9 keepers but I stayed all day long. From day light to 6 pm. I didn't have any bites before 10 am and not many bites the rest of the day. I was very lucky to catch what I did catch.

It is tough going during the summer on Conway! You have to have a lot of patience and figure out where they are and what they want to eat, when they want to eat it.

I am finding that out Matt. My first year to crappie fish Conway in the dead of summer. I usually move to the river, but this year it has been so high and wild I haven't been able to get out much in my small Jon boat. I did think 7 yesterday was really good for me though
