    That is a great idea for on the road fillet table. A zip tie thru the handle and thru the board grating would be a must for me. If not, the 5 second rule would be in play quick cause I would have it on the ground. Lol. Thanks for the post.

    Ive heard Jackie is a pretty smart fellow...Man them is nice bet there will be another road trip for you and the MS.

    covered mine in hdpe. countersunk the bolt heads. my filets would pass through the openings in your board!!

    I like it! Looks easy to pack/store, easy to clean, and can function for other things around fish camp.

    I thought Mississippi lakes had the good fish cleaning stations ? You roughing it ? Now just learn to use a manual knife and you can clean a mess on the go anywhere with that setup
