    Default New Fillet Knife

As some of y'all may know, I make knives as a hobby. Most knives I make are hand forged, with the exception of two fillet knives. I finished this one over the weekend. It's a variant of a design I sketched last year and made the prototype then. On this one I added some drop to the handle to be more ergonomic.

Comments, questions and critiques are appreciated.

Matt and Paul, at this time I am not offering the fillet knives for sale. I am trying to get the design just right. This one is going to get some field testing done to see if there are any changes needed. As I said earlier in the thread this is the second one and it had some changes to make it more user friendly. If I get to a point where I a making these for sale I will let you know, or if there are changes in design needed you may just get to field test one for me, as one of the members here has agreed to do to help me make the best fillet knife I possibly can. Because this is my design I really want to get it just right. Thank you for the compliment.

    Chris
