Default Day with the Greers Ferry Master

Had a really good day of fishing with Creekslick. Really good weather and good conversation too. And most of all I learned a few things to help an ole Mississippi boy, maybe get back into the crappie fishing up here and not be so intimidated by all the clear water. Wayne thanks again, and even if we did not hit the other holes, you right we can't leave um biting. For any one thinking about it, he is the man to go too if you want class guiding and fishing. This was a birthday present from the wife and a good one at that.

What a great birthday present! Wayne is the man on Greer's Ferry. Just a word to the wise though.......we have a saying on the Arkansas Board.......Without pictures, it didn't happen!
Glad you had a good day, and thanks for the post. Welcome to the board from Conway.
My wife keeps saying I never listen to her....... or something like that!

You indeed are correct, first class guide and trip. Not surprised, but glad you had a good time.

You are welcome. It's tough to leave the stained water in Mississippi and come up here and fish the clear water.

I'd like to thank Wayne also, capt.Dan and I came in search of a new piece of scenery and a few slabs and he helped us as much as possible. I know there ain't much help for us 2 but he tried anyways. We snagged a couple and really enjoyed a beautiful day on a beautiful lake, although I wished we had a paintball gun for a couple green carp non boatdriveing gewbers. Thanks for the help. Oh and caught a blacknose !!
