    Default Lake Greeson Is Heating Up!


    Lake Greeson is settling down after all the rain and it looks like it is going to be in great shape for the spawn. The lake level is almost at full pool and the water temps are getting close. Some of our guests at the motel found some nice crappie and bass yesterday!

    Not unless she's in SW Florida! Those folks fished all on there own, except for a few tips from Wendy on some areas and depths to try. They stopped in at the other motel in Daisy for ice and were told by the owner there that the lake was all messed up and no one was catching any fish - basically that they were wasting there time. So with that kind of negative publicity I figured I would post some positive information based on facts rather than delusions. I guess I can't help but promote Lake Greeson even if it's from 1,000 miles away.

    It's good to hear that Sandy is catching fish - she usually does! I'm surviving without Wendy here but I don't care for it much. She's taking care of the motel in Daisy and my brother-in-law and I are remodeling our new place here. Once we get this place lined out I plan to be on the water most every day but that's going to be a few more months.
