Enjoyed the post thanks we are all hear to learn. Thats why we Lurk. Caught some last friday kept 10 to eat man they were good out of the cold water.Right in the skillet 2 cents.

Good deal... Some people may disagree, but on another note... When its HOT outside i like to put my feelays on ice water as i clean then. Seems to me the quicker they firm up the less problems i have. I keep them as cold as possible while cleaning(when its extremely hot outside) .... But thats just me

I agree Randy. I'll get a ziploc bag of ice cubes if I am at home and the fillets go into the bag as I clean. Keeps the flies off and the meat safe.

Did you clean the sink, or did you make Her do it?

Bill, I'm thinking you and I may be who he was referring to when he said others. I actually thought my posts were helpful. All the other people just said to put ice and gave him a bunch of work to do while I first offered to clean them then posted pics of how to clean in comfort in the kitchen and bathroom. Next time I clean in a motel, I'm thinking about trying to flush the heads and stuff down the toilet to save the walk to the dumpster. I'll be sure and let ya'll know "how it goes down".
