Very cool! You wouldn't happen to have any old pictures of Lake Conway from the 60's do you? It is pretty hard to find good old pictures of the lake. Congratulations on your retirement. I think that you made the right decision, choosing fishing over golf! I could never understand why someone would choose to spend a beautiful day in the outdoors, chasing around a little white ball.. Both provide the opportunity to be outdoors and to enjoy this great earth we have been given.

Thanks for posting pictures Dano. I was working in Arkansas a few years ago and rented a boat at gold creek. It wasn't the right time of year and we only caught a couple.
There were a couple guys hauling them in one right after the other. We thought we were doing something wrong ,they had a basket full and had to go get more bait. Come to find out they were keeping yellas.

No pictures and that is a shame. Lot's more standing trees in the middle back then and c, d, and e trails marked much, much better than now.Very cool!
