    Did you do any good?

Never have fished the gold creek area, always fish at 89, but thinking about going tomorrow. Does Dan have minnows, or do I need to stop at Bates on my way from Little Rock?

Yes. Dan sells both golden shimmers and pink fathead minnows.

If you keep fishing Conway, I have no doubt that we will run into each other.

fished Conway in the late 60's when I was playing football and baseball at UCA. worked at Josh's Landing in the summers. took a 40 year lay off and started playing golf. retired in June and have been renewing my love of fishing. used to fish at Adams more than anywhere.

Very cool! You wouldn't happen to have any old pictures of Lake Conway from the 60's do you? It is pretty hard to find good old pictures of the lake. Congratulations on your retirement. I think that you made the right decision, choosing fishing over golf! I could never understand why someone would choose to spend a beautiful day in the outdoors, chasing around a little white ball.
