    Default Christmas Dinner

I went down to the pond and caught some crappie and bream to have surf and turf for our Christmas supper.

They look good but sure not enough for my family. They can put away some crappie.

Mine either, but the seven pound standing rib roast made up the difference.

Nice catch! I love fish on the plate STRAIGHT out of the water! Fileted of coarse, then hit the grease asap!

May not be that many fish, but I know they'll be tasty with the rib roast.
