Thread: Fantastic Day with Fantastic People

I'm still not getting the pics, anyone else? Nevermind....I wasn't patient enough to look on page 2!! Looks like a great day!!

Ok, let set the record straight, I was catching so many more fish that Slade that I couldn't handle all of the poles at one time. So I let him boat a few of my slabs. And I do believe the 2 biggest ones came off my side and I threw him a bone and let him write his name on some. But then Wayne broke out the "Black and Bubble Gum" and put it on Slade's side and he may have even caught up with me after that.

It was truly a great day, on a beautiful lake, with two of the best guys you'll ever meet. I've even got a set of Creek's rod transport holders coming, and Wayne fixed me up with some new colors of Bandits, and a mess of Creek spins.

Then I went to another part of the lake and spent the rest of the day helping my Dad (81 next month) fix his A/C on his camper and a few other odds and ends, then we went to dinner before heading home. As Roger Raglin would say "It was just a pretty good day" Thanks Wayne and Slade let's do it again.
