Just scanning through all these pictures and one question keeps burning through my mind.
Some of you seem to catch mess after mess of crappie, like two or three limit trips a week.
How often does everyone on here eat fish?
It'd take me five days a week just to keep up with the amount of fish some of you old hands can catch.

Please don't think I'm criticizing, 'cause I wish I could catch them as well as some of you. Just curious how often everyone eats crappie. And what are some ways you've cooked it to keep it from getting old?

Me and my family ear it once a week. It don't get old to me and it is my 4 year olds favorite thing to eat . He stays beside me while I'm cooking them constantly asking if some has cooled off yet. Can't beat it!

Most of the times its 2 times a week. I fry them with friends and my wife and I eat them grilled.

When I'm catching them my wife and friends eat fish at least once a week. Then usually 2 or three times a year I will have a big fish fry. The last one I had we fed 47 people with 27 pounds of crappie.

at minimum 1 time a week. If I am catching a bunch, I might cook fish 3 times a week. Fried ain't the only way to eat them either. grilled, baked, scampi, curried, the list goes on and on and on...

The Googles is a wonderful place to find recipes, just subsitute crappie for other fish types.

2-3 times a month. The wife doesn't eat fish so I usually fix it when she's not home.
