How often do you folks eat 'em?

We eat fish about twice a week from Feb through Sept. we mostly bake and grill them with onions on top. I do like to blacken them in olive oil with Paul Predones (sp) on them.

We will eat fish 3-4 days a week.. A lot of times more. Hell.. Sometimes for breakfast!

When the freezer gets full ill cook for the friends and neighbors, and who ever else is around...

I never get tired of eating them average 2 times a week fried baked broiled does not matter will cook at the the drop of a hat keep everything ready to go and will cook anytime some one decides they would like to eat a few keep large bowl in ice box full of fresh fillets and freezer has gallon bags frozen this is all kept at fish camp and if there are at least two of us there a fish fry is subject to happen.

Once a week when I am catching. Have promised some friends a fish fry this spring so I had better find some soon.

2 or 3 times a week depending on how many we're catching!!! So many different ways to fix crappie, it NEVER gets old. Cooked on smoker in an aluminum foil pan with BBQ sauce is close to the top!!! Don't knock it till u try it!!!

I have got to where I love Crappie Sandwiches!

Fresh, soft bread.
A little tarter sauce.
Slice of cheese.
Oh yea.. And 2 big ole fillets!
My GOD they are good!
