    Default Dardenelle today

Well met up with gindog today while supergoose flew the coop. After a nice drive and chat we hit the water excited about catching some fish. Mr. Mickie Mac was already on the water with his son in law and trying to find some fish. After a short ride we dropped the rods and the bite was scarce at best lol for us. We were wat short of even a nice box of fish but gindog caught he biggest crappie and got to catch the most in one trip. They liked the chart midsouth tube jig the most as we tried multiple colors.

Got to see several folks on the water and chatted with em.

Conway who everyone thinks i am when they stop by to chat lol. Wish i could catch em like he was ha ha He wasn't a man of many words today but i did snap some picts of him there with some fish eating them minners and stretching his ozark rods. Name: ImageUploadedByTapatalk1357351653.783231.jpg

And nimble head stopped by and we got a good visit in with him. He picked at me for my seine rig but i caught him today red handed long lining. He passed by me as we were talking a i snagged his long line he he he. He blamed it on a line that got caught in his motor. Sure nimble head ;-) it just happen to have a purple and chart jig on it too lol. Two jig poles in hands and long line out the back, busted is all i cam say lmao!

Man, I had a great time today fishing with you Ar bowhunter. I do know how get some good tangles in them long poles too. If I get to go more I will work on getting that swing down with out the tangles. Them big ole crappies we caught was a lot of fun and I think the biggest I have every hooked. It was nice getting to meet all you guys on the water.
