    My crappie batter!!!!

    1 cup flower
    1 egg
    3 table spoons corn starch
    1 tea spoon baking powder
    1 tea spoon baking soda
ok here is the good parts I use season salt instaed of table salt whatever you like I use 2 table spoons sounds like a lot but fish takes it if you think less or more then go for it.
I also throw in a tea spoon of garlic salt my thing
A cup of your favorite liquid, recipe says water but we all know what fish do in water, so I prefer Miller Lite
mix all of this mess real good then put in 2 or 3 table spoons of Louisana hot sauce

and there you have it. That's what I do with the batter you can have fun trying your version. Be sure to dry your fish good so the batter will stick to the fillets or you can run them through flower first
If it will hold cornmeal it's big enough for me !!!!!!!!!
