    We made it yesterday in the wind. We fought and fought and finally stumbled on a brushpile and you would have thought it was as big as tha lake because NO WHERE ELSE were they bitting but we had fun largest was about 2.5#.

    Nice pics Shane. looks like all had fun. I go by there when I make trips to LR and the water has never been right. Is that were the Departee Game and Fish sign is and if so the ramp look ruff. As long as there are no cypress knees behind I think I can get in. Thanks again for the pics.

    Yea it sure is and ya might be selling yourself short the water is always murky but lots of fish are caught

    Last spring my wife an I were out there and the water was up to were the asphalt ended. Nice looking sloughs. Can you coyote hunt any of that area down there?
