the easiest way is to write down your serial number off your engine clamp bracket and go to a mercury dealer or buy online . you can also go to oreilly auto parts and order it, but they know nothing about outboards so plan on going through their teleflex/sierra book and finding the part. usually takes a day to get the part in.
You might want to see if White River Outdoors in Augusta has it, next door to Porters Liquor. They are pretty knowlegeable over there.
X2 Skidz. Those are some good guys over there. If you are from the area over there, I have a question. When are the fish going to be right at Taylor Bay?
Bradfor Marine, in Sherwood.
Thanks fellas i finally tracked down some help at red river marine but they say that there is only 1 air/fuel mixture screw but i just cant believe that buy looking at this hole that this is just a vent i mean its threaded and is the exact same as the one with the air screw in it here are some pics!!

i dont think thats the idle mixture screw that goes there, but dont take my word on that. go to this page Mercury Parts Express and put in your serial number and it will give you an exploded parts view so you can locate the missing screw if it infact is missing.
Ok fellers that's fixed and what does this do? It was unhooked from the carb side I noticed this rod was unhooked while cleaning the Mtr
