If Your Big Crappie Star Bound, Let Me Warn You It's a Long Hard Ride. CP
Crappie are snobby..... Why can't they be easy to catch...Like bass?
Crappie bite twice a day. 15 minutes before I get there and 10 minutes after I leave.
The two loudest sounds are a gun that goes bang when it is supposed to go click and one that goes click when it is supposed to go bang.

What is going on in a lake where all of the small crappie are females and the bigger crappie are all males? Have been catching 20 -30 on two or three trips since the end of March each time same results. All these small females are full of eggs and close to the bank on blowdowns. The males are just alittle deeper.
