    On Mallard lake, yes, one on the south and one on the northeast.
    On Big Lake there is one on the south and one on the northwest.

    Welcome to the board, I remember a post by a fellow named CEB at a place called Portia Bay think it's in the NE part of the state he had a nice catch out of that place.

    halfmoonboy181, Thanks alot for the info I would have got back to you sooner but I have been working nights and havent got the chance. Thank you alot!! There is bound to be some decent fishing in this area I think alot of people are looking over.
    Crappie are snobby..... Why can't they be easy to catch...Like bass?

    caught 100 saturday. total weight- about 7 pounds.
    Crappie bite twice a day. 15 minutes before I get there and 10 minutes after I leave.

    What is going on in a lake where all of the small crappie are females and the bigger crappie are all males? Have been catching 20 -30 on two or three trips since the end of March each time same results. All these small females are full of eggs and close to the bank on blowdowns. The males are just alittle deeper.
