    Default Lake Dardanelle weather forecast

I am keeping my fingers crossed that we don't get the rain and storms thats forecast tomorrow. They are saying that it may be the worst storms yet. It will make the upcoming tournament interesting.
    It ain't nuttin but luck.

You are right mr. Ray, it will make things somewhat tough but a challenge! It was nice speaking with you yesterday even if it was just for a minute or two.

Same here Mr Mid. That place I saw you at might get a little chocolate colored and I am sure the dam will be releasing 60K to 100 plus k cfs. That is a lot of current . That all depends on the weather in Tulsa and Kansas but the Illinois bayou will muddy up pretty quick, same thing for Shoal creek.

It is all going to be muddy by wednesday. We have got a ton of rain here today and it all runs that way! Chance of storms everyday thru wednesday still to come.

If the Fort Smith pool doesn't reach flood stage (probably will) I would definately consider locking thru and going to White Oak if Dardanell gets too muddy.

I figured that so I called the Dar dam and they have started opening the flood gates. So thats 30k from the generators and 20k cfs from the spillway. 50k is just a start. I'm figureing 120k cfs by tomorrow night. I live 5 miles south of Dardanelle and have got not one rain drop yet. Like Midsouth said, it will be a challenge. Everyone still has an equal chance.

I have lost count of how many storms have come thru here today. My yard feels like a sponge to walk on it. I figure if it keeps this up Ozark will be wide open by wednesday. Is that tourney out of Russelville state park?

Sorry for the delayed answer but I have been under ground. The sirens were all going with the tornado warning. All I know is that they weigh in at Dardanelle State Park , russellville side. I have noticed that Ft Smith has had strings of storms. Ozark is now at 90,000 cfs and Dardanelle is also 90,000 . Still pouring down here too.
