I thought there was a limit on how many poles and hooks one could use........does that not apply to the yo yos?
You can have 30 out here in Arkansas but you are supposed to stay in sight or in sound of them during daylight hours.

I made mine from the 3/4" or 1" black water pipe too. Works great and was alot cheaper than PVC pipe..

The staying within site or sound is where most break the law here.

I got one at a yard sale one time. It was a styrafoam floatie bent into a circle, do not recall how it was bound together. It had a couple of pvc couplings (maybe 2") on the floaties across from each other. Each coupling had a hole in the top of it and a stiff wire went from one hole up and across to the other hole, the yo yo was then hung from this wire which enabled it to hang about 12's above the water. Over time the styrofoam floatie (completely)deteriated from exposure to the sun.

Free floating devices are limited to 20.

Made mine with black water pipe 1 inch. Cut length to make hoop about 32 inches in diameter and put a tee in. Attach a piece about 16 inches long and plug the top. Bend the upright to center yoyo. Reflective tape and a yo-yo with your name and they are done
About 5 minutes to make one.
Crappie bite twice a day. 15 minutes before I get there and 10 minutes after I leave.
The two loudest sounds are a gun that goes bang when it is supposed to go click and one that goes click when it is supposed to go bang.

The only thing I don't like about the black water pipes is the hole in the top. Fish pulls it under and it fills up with water.

As yo can see in a you tube video with them.
