A friend and I are trying wappanocca in the morning. It'll be my first time there, but he's fished it before. Need a change of scenery from hogue. Lol. He did say to bring some knee boots in case we need to push the boat off.

I used the knee boots. Lol. Caught a few small ones out in the open water. All white crappie. Couldn't get a bite in the trees. Talked to a guy at the ramp when we were leaving, and he caught 7 decent blacks farther back in the trees early in the morning. Other than that not many catching anything.
