Macswains is the closest I know of , it's a mile or so off I440 on the right on hwy 165 going toward England

Try the minnow farms in or near that area. You will pass a few on your way. Easy to call in advance.

Andersons fish farm but u have to buy atleast 6 pounds of minnows before they will deal with ya. Get together with some guys and get some. They are in lonoke arkansas and the minnows are just a tad over $5/pound. Not gonna beat that price anywhere. 6lbs of minners r $30.

It would be tad outta your way, but may be worth your time... Toadsuck Bait Shop is usually pretty generous on their rations. Might wanna call ahead of time though and make sure they'll be open at the time you'd be coming through Conway.

They have good quality bait and its graded well on the size. I like using them whenever I can. I've also used Harry Sauls at Hazen/Dewitt area, and Darrell Sauls is in Des Arc.
