    I'm a little farther North but not by more than a few miles.I remember at least three times in the past half century it snowed on Halloween. Twice it accumulated enough to cover the ground at least for a while.

    I came from Texas a few years back. I used to come and go to Little Rock frequently before I moved here. I remember in 1992 it snowed on Halloween. scared me to death to move here. DP
