I think the announcer of yesterday's game said it just right when he said that somebody in the SEC West is gonna have a great team, but will finish in 4th place. The West is loaded! We came so close last year to beating Bama, Miss St., and A&M, but they got away at the end. I'm hoping we can win the close ones and then play Auburn better this year at home. I think Hog fans are in for a good year with a nice bowl game in January........IF Collins doesn't get injured. I think the offense pivots on him right now. If he's torching the other team on the ground, then the passing lanes will open up.

For or the first time in as long as I can remember, ALL of the football teams I support won this week. My old sorry Tennessee Titans won their preseason game against the Vikings, my students' Junior High team won Thursday night, my son's High School team won BIG Friday night, our Hogs won yesterday AND my son's former peewee team also won yesterday. Good weekend so far. GTT

I am Excited to see and know they are going to be competitive again, which I believe they will be. Everybody loses every now and then....I hate to see them get blown out by teams and bad losses and play bad foot ball which has been the case the last 2-3 years. I don't think they will run the table but I do think they will bring it to every game this year, which is allot better than i seen in the recent past. I also think coach B has them going in the right direction and getting stronger not worse. Go Hogs

Yes, I agree with you totally here. I may be wrong, but I can't see anyone blowing us out like Auburn, Georgia, and South Carolina did last year. I think Arkansas will be IN every game with the lead OR within one score of the lead coming down the stretch. That offense we're running CAN BE a ball control offense if they need it to be. That's what my son's high school coaches are planning on doing. They've got a huge front line and they can run for 3-8 yards on nearly every play. Keep the ball, get first downs, eat up clock, score is a good gameplan. GTT

I do have to say the passing game looked better than we have seen since Petrino, Accuracy was dead on. Kinda got a lil discouraged at all the 1st downs UETC was able to get. They are definitely headed in the right direction, GREAT TO SEE!!!! WPS!!!

I still think they will do good things this year. But no way should they be losing to schools from Ohio who's name begin's with a T.
