    We saw a few Deer and took a big mess of Squirrels. Ready for Muzzle loading I think. We got the tree rats out of the way.

    That is one fine mess of squirrels.......... a few of them and about 10 other ingredients would make a tasty rice purloo..........

    I'd like to have that mess of squirrels fried up with some bisquits and gravy!! That's a fine haul on squirrels!!

    Man thats a fine mess! Did some checking around here snd there is basically zero acorns. Them buggers are spread out thru the multi kajillion pine trees cuttin pine cones.

    Nice mess. You taking head shots with a 22? A few years ago I thought that I would be hot stuff and use my Ruger Mark III hunter with just iron sites. Needless to say I was not as good of a sharp shooter that I thought I was. I did manage to shoot one in the neck.

    One of the boys uses a stringer and it works great. My old vest tore up , since limit increased to 12 it could not handle the load. Glad to help skin them but did not keep my share. We used shotguns D10 , I was the youngest one and my eyes not that good.

    JW, I never used a stringer, but I do keep mine on a boot lace!

    And .22 is the way to go. Nimrod, you just need some good glass on top of the .22 Stops you from wondering if you got a mouth full of shot
