Hey get young ones or soak and pressure the old ones. Flour and season parts (legs and backs with ribs removed only) and fry. Make mashed taters , biscuits , and mild gravy! Slap yo moma good.

My Dad and I went both Saturday and today. Mainly scouting for buck sign, but we did bring in 7 squirrels yesterday and 6 more today. Nice young fryers were out this morning. Gonna try them out tomorrow night! GTT

Man, they were. My mom did it all last night, fried up some good tender squirrel, biscuits & gravy, mashed taters, and fried okra. Had a big ole pile of bones in front of me and crumbs in my beard! Almost ate too much, but quit just in time. Slept good last night! Mama learned from my grandma, Flossie Cox, who raised 5 kids on squirrels, potatoes, and purple hull peas. Flossie always did it right and my mama did it right last night. Don't want to get kicked off of this site, but all I can say is Dam good supper! GTT
