I'm waiting to see what A&E does when their ratings start to drop,The sponsers start leaving,the money goes away,I think its going to happen

Yep leave A&E...and GQ just set the man up too sell some magazines...but you also got to be careful what ya say when your that popular in todays world.

One way I look at it....the gay and lesbian community (is that politically correct??) have for years asked for tolerance from the mainstream. Now we have a man who expresses his thoughts on a particular topic...sin. So where is the tolerance?????

Personally, I think the whole dam thing was a setup by the people interviewing him.


Hope the whole family up and cuts ties with A&E.

I guess GQ magazine stands for Gay Quarterly now!!!

No, you don't find any of that. I've always known of the media doing that...but never really paid as much attention as now. How they copy and paste what the want...the little snipets so they get the feeling and message "they" want...not what the person that was making the message wanted. Its ridicules. If you read how they put it in the news/magazines/and MANY websites and you didn't know or watched their show...you would think what he said was bashing.

I'm sick of the media misportraying people for money/ratings/sales/etc. If your going to print something....do not change what the person intended.

Its also ironic if you think about it...they included what in all their printings....the sin.

What did they leave out....Gods message.

Phil included both in the interview....they write only the sin he spoke of....and readers can only see that....the sin.

People in our country are so lost today its not even funny.

I say " tell them what you think Phil".. Last time I looked we still live in the good old USA & our brave vets fought & died so we can have a constitution that allows free speech.... Futher more, I agree with what he said ... A&E can jump in the dang swamp in La... They came to the Robertson's.. Heck, Phil didn't need them, they need him... Again, I say go Phil... keep quacking my brother...

as I read somewhere since this started " Dont ask a 67 yr old southern man his opinion if you are not wanting to hear it " A&E knew how Phil stood on this before the GQ interview and now they are doing this ? Come on now, can we say that maybe they are listening to those that believe in "Free Speech" only if it is Politically Correct ? well, Christians believe this way and he just put it in the way most folks can understand it, why is it Christians can not have "Free Speech" and our Religous Freedom is and has been threatened for years in Government and Schools ? Madelynn Ohare had "Free Speech" why cant Phil Robertson. I myself will not watch A&E and I WILL NOT BUY ANYTHING DUCK DYNASTY !!! I will only buy Duck Commander backed products !! Duck Commander is Robertsons, Duck Dynasty is A&E
