Ain't that the truth. One day, I'm a crappie genius, then the next 4 or 5 it's like I ain't ever fished before. Usually I'm a crappie genius when I'm riding with someone else. I was with Nimrod last year and I became an expert single pole jigger in my own mind. This lasted until I got home and tried it on my home lake

Lakes like that make you a better fisherman. I cant tell you how many times I have sworn off fishing altogether after taking a whoopin from a Lake Conway Cypress switch. Seems like the bad days just make me want to go back even more and get my revenge.

    Back to the dog please...

I'm wondering if it is one of those new bacon cheese pretzel dogs from Sonic.

    Now, that's a man's best friend!
    Is winter over yet?
