Thread: Lake Greeson Crappie and "other" Monsters... (pics)

SO I just returned from my 24 hour car ride and 3rd trip to Lake Greeson. Met up with our Host Jerry Blake from Actionfishingtrips.com..

And once again we had the times of our lives.... Jerry never leaves any doubt that the long ride to Arkansas will ever be short of Fantastic.

I am in the process of booking for 2011 for my 4th trip....

Here are some pics of our bigger Crappie that we caught. We ended up with 4 Slabs over 16" MANY in the 14" to 15" range....

PLUS 1 Bonus Walleye of 26.5" and 6#'s that we caught sniffing around 7' of water in the Laydowns.... That was a FUN event there. Bobber Minnow..LOL

We stayed at Self Creek lodge Vacation spots in Arkansas – Family vacation Arkansas – Self Creek Lodge & Resort with accomadations that would give you the "WOW" factor. The people there made you feel like you were at home.

Jerry and Self Creek have a real nice relationship there and it seems to be working Great.

Thanks again to Jerry and Jim for the great 4 days we were there and see you again Next year!!!

BTW The questions you have with the "Championship Crappie Belt" is an annual thing to where we pass the belt to the guy with the Biggest crappie of the Day... YES Jerry did win it 1 Day!!! (Sorry Jerry, Had to put it up!)

Looks like ya'll were on 'em pretty good. That "Championship Belt" is too funny, great idea!!!!
