Jerry, those are beautiful pictures. The trees have great colors.
Since all the rain finally quit and the weather got right we've been catching a few "gooduns" and plenty of "eaters". We've had at least one 2-pounder every day since Sunday.
Today our best 5 crappie averaged 2-pounds each. The biggest was 16.75-inches long and weighed 2-pounds, 5-ounces:
:
We cleaned 49 yesterday counting the green carp and bream but didn't get them all in the picture:

The scenery hasn't been too bad either:
I think this is my favorite time of year to be on the water - no lake lice - hardly another boat on the water and plenty of hungry crappie around.
We've been catching the crappie, a few bass and bream on rosy red minnows and shiners fished from around 14 to 22-feet deep. We're also catching a few on chartreuse/silver/chartreuse Shinee Hinee hair jigs tipped with small minnows. We're using live crawfish worked off the bottom in 8 to 20-feet of water for the better spotted bass.
Our surface temperatures have been in the low to mid 60s and the crappie are starting to put on eggs for next spring.
Jerry, those are beautiful pictures. The trees have great colors.
