Good job,Chris.Very good pictures. Some of them gills were "tubs".Looks like you were all over the lake.Good job.
My daughter and I decided to try our luck at Canyon on Sunday. We fished by the marina for a bit but had no luck so we trolled along the shoreline for a bit and hit a spot with a bunch of bluegills. We dropped anchor and proceeded to reel in the feisty little guys for the next 5 hours. Total fish caught was 26. The water temp was 52. Don't know the air temp but it was chilly in the morning and warm in the afternoon. Breezy all day with a couple of nice gusts. My daughter caught her first bass too We took home our catch and had a nice fish fry that night. Here are some pics. One of them has two bald eagles in it flying but my camera is a cell phone so they are just tiny. It was a sight to see them flying over our heads though! A real treat

Wow thanks for sharing your pictures. Your daughter looks very happy to be out fishing dad LOL. great memories caught on camera good job.
love to fish and make soft plastics
Nice pictures and sounds like you had a great time. I could see the eagles. Back in November I was fishing and had one land in a tree about 100 ft from me and just sit there watching. I spent most of the next half hour watching back to see him fly, but he left when I wasn't looking. Congrats to you both on your catch!
Looks like a bunch of fun...especially with your daughter.
Very nice pics and looks like you had a nice day on the lake with your daughter. Some good eating there.
Wow, nice gills. I have caught Crappie at Canyon before but not many. All The Salt River have them, just not in numbers like Roosevelt.
