Thanks arkie...but I'm really just a piddler...lol. He was asking me this weekend at our showteam cookout if we had one. Wish I could help him out. He has worked his butt off on this project. He used to get onto me about getting burnt out...but he needs to be careful himself. He is really doing a fantastic job with it though.
He has really become an asset over at Centerpoint. Not bad for a first year guy huh!! They have quite the operation going on. I know you guys will and already have...but give him a pat on the back. Hope he'll be at crappie camp. I'm planning on it myself. Gotta get a hook wet...so many irons in the fire I haven't had a chance too....not a word hawg...lol...
"But if serving the Lord seems undesirable to you, then choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your ancestors served beyond the Euphrates, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you are living. But as for me and my household, we will serve the Lord.” Joshua 25:15
I just got a new Hummingbird 597ci HD DI and would appreciate any crappie habitat coord.'s on any Arkansas body of water. At one time or another I'll fish them all. I live in Little Rock. I can probably handle the data in any format but a
spreadsheet is fine. I can manually enter. Thanks.

UPDATE
We have a temporary halt in progress. We have over 50 of the crappie condos built for Lake Greeson. However, our concrete mixer has broken down on us. It was a little old to start with and we've definately given it a work out! Until I can fix it, or find a replacement we're on halt.

Get ole' Scrapper the mechanic over there...he can fix anything. My brother's old 25 he worked on is still purrin' like a kitten.

Well, we are back in business! I got the concrete mixer fixed today. Turns out it was missing a pin that keeps the pulley from spinning on the shaft of the motor. I guess we've been using it so much that it worked it's self loose and fell out at some point. Found a pin and got it replaced. We should have the remaining 30 crappie condos poured sometime next week.
J
The Corp came by this morning and picked up 17 crappie condos. They are supposed to come back this afternoon for another load. I'll keep you guys updated as this project continues.
J
The last of the bamboo has been cut, hauled to school, and made into Crappie Condos. Now all that is left is to get them into Lake Greeson.
btw.....I've e-mailed everyone the waypoints that has PM'd me up to this point.
J
If not too late-have you considered the south end of Greeson in the not so deep areas? Jerry and Darrel have the north end covered.
