    Default Fruits of My Labor

I have been having very good luck fishing this year and have fish put in my freezer so I can have another fish fry for Family and friends. I just wanted to thank the person that posted the recipe "Ballenger's Crispy Dill Baked Crappie". We have never found a recipe for making Crappie other than Deep Frying it that we really liked. Since my triple by pass last fall I have had to find another way to cook my fish, that is healthier. We tried this recipe and found it to really be delicious and good for us. I can still deep fry my crappie but not to often. I am still looking for other ways to prepare the crappie that I will enjoy as much. Again I just wanted to say thank you for the receipe.

I found it on the main crappie forum. It might be in the archives too.
